Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel will undergo surgery after he was ruled out for at least a month with a broken metatarsal. The Denmark international, 28, suffered the blow in training on Thursday and will have an operation on Friday. Second-choice keeper Ben Hamer will deputise in their Premier League clash with Manchester City at the weekend.

Manager Nigel Pearson has been charged by the Football Association after an incident with a fan during their 3-1 loss to Liverpool. An FA statement said that Pearson was alleged to have "used abusive and/or insulting words towards a spectator". The 51-year-old was last week labelled arrogant by the chairman of a Leicester supporters group after he refused to apologise for his part in the spat. Pearson has until 18.00 GMT on 16 December 2014 to respond to the charge.

Put him in an oxygen tank and get everyone who buys the Leicester Chronicle to rub a picture of his foot and he'll be 100% fit in a week.

According to the Mirror, Chelsea are going to offer Fernando Torres to Premier League clubs for free after AC Milan have cancelled his loan.

I'd take him back. :shifty:

Pretty sure Torres' loan deal hasn't been cancelled. Not only because on the Mirror and Metro are reporting it, but also because if the whole point of the 2 year loan deal is "TAKE HIM THE FUCK AWAY AND NEVER LET HIM COME BACK BECAUSE HE'S TERRIBLE"...then allowing a clause in the deal where Milan can give him back after taking six months confirming that, yes, he is terrible...well that would be pretty silly.
