Tennessee Titans wide receiver Justin Hunter is being held in jail without bond in Virginia Beach, Virginia, after being arrested on an assault charge Monday.

Hunter is charged with felonious assault after allegedly "stabbing, cutting and wounding" a victim with "malicious intent", all of which would be considered a Class 6 felony in the state of Virginia, according to a Virginia Beach Police Department spokesperson. The victim's injuries are considered "serious, but non-life threatening."

The incident took place at a bar on Atlantic Avenue in Virginia Beach on July 3, according to a Virginia Beach Police Department incident report.

Hunter was taken into custody Monday after turning himself in, according to the police.

Marcus Mariota will be at his first training camp on time. The Tennessee Titans announced Tuesday that they have signed the No. 2 overall pick to a contract with more than a week to spare before camp starts. The news means that every first-round pick has signed on the dotted line, and there will be no training camp holdouts from any top rookies this year.

The Minnesota Vikings and Adrian Peterson have re-committed to a long-term partnership. The team announced Tuesday that the two sides have "mutually agreed" to restructure the final three years of Peterson's contract. NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reports Peterson's new deal is worth $44 million over three years, per a source who has seen the contract. Rapoport adds that Peterson's 2015 salary of $13 million is fully guaranteed. The 2016 salary of $13 million is guaranteed only if the Vikings exercise a $5 million roster bonus on the third day of the league year. The deal will force the team's hand in 2017 with a bloated $18 million figure that includes an $11.75 base salary in addition to a $6 million roster bonus. Prior to the restructured deal, the three-time All Pro was due base salaries of $12.75 million, $14.75 million and $16.75 million over the next three years.

Those who RSVP'd received a follow-up email explaining that women in attendance would be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement. Further pre-party requirements included the attachment of a photo and link to a social media account. Transportation and attire (huh?) would be provided.

McCoy later deleted the Instagram post, right around the same time the Bills released the following statement to NFL Media:

"We have reached out to LeSean and informed him that players are not permitted to use team marks for personal use without prior permission from the team."

Yeah, because the thing wrong with it was DEFINITELY him using the Bills logo.
