Starting Fitzpatrick in their next game do you mean? They said he was their best QB (which he probably is - Petty doesn't look ready yet and Hackenberg is meant to be further off).

The season is lost. If they even want to think about playoffs, they need to win out and they aren't going to so why start Fitz? He is god awful and the fans don't want to see him. They are better off seeing what the young kids have and see if they need to make a move in the off season to get a QB.

Cutler will get signed. He wont get a huge contract but he could be a back up on a contender or start for the Browns.
