Not if your feet are in the end zone. Like when you see a guy keep his feet in but reaches for the ball out of bounds. Ball has to reach the line if your body or feet aren't in the end zone.

This is why I didn't list this game in my "great Thanksgiving Day games" post. No Andrew Luck = No chance (that's what the Colts got).
