They just used a 3rd round pick on Davis Webb this year.  If the Giants ended up with the #1 pick they'd probably trade it down for a haul.

I don't disagree.  But the Giants are risk averse and won't just throw in the towel on a QB they user a pretty early pick on that early.

Jerry Reese has to go, but the Giants haven't fired a GM since the 70s.
