I'm confused. I just turned on the game and the pregame guy said "Freshman Trevor Lawrence" and then his very next words were "Here's what he did last year".

The Fiesta Bowl more than made up for the blowout in the Peach Bowl. I thought for sure Clemson had scored that TD too early. And if Olave didn't break his route that would have come to be true.

Great game last night. You guys think Clemson can give LSU more trouble than Oklahoma did though? LSU looked unstoppable from what I saw

Clemson is really, really good. The ACC isn't that good of a conference and Clemson basically has an extended preseason but there's an obscene amount of talent and Venables is the best DC in the country. He has 2 weeks to figure out a way to slow down Burrow.

I still think Clemson wins it all. I’m less confident after what LSU did to Oklahoma, but despite how hard the commentators get for Alex Grinch, that Oklahoma defense is still putrid from a national perspective, so they were always going to give up tons of points.

I’m expecting the championship to be another classic though. I’m thinking 45-42-ish.

Orange Bowl has been really good so far. Florida ran a 61-yard touchdown on the second play of the game and I immediately assumed it'd be a blowout, but Virginia is keeping up with them surprisingly well.
