Excellent performance from United - Lloris is a superb keeper and kept Spurs in it. Rest of their team meant they weren't in it.

It was also quite fun to watch how many times the situation that led to Ronaldo's "goal" on Sunday happened without players being ridiculous. Though Schar notably threw the ball back a couple of times just in case.

He'd made it all the way from left to right and was making his way back again before being stopped. If he'd had a smaller flag he might have got away with it...

He's not your only problem. You've got Purslow who was known to be up Gerrard's arse when he was at us and hasn't got a clue what he's doing, noted during his time when he was at us. Big shithouse couldnt sack Dalglish and had to get someone else to do it.

Need to get rid of him as well.

It’s really bizarre, because Purslow started out by doing a lot of the right things, particularly away from the on-field side of things. Then he hired his mate, completely threw away a decent transfer strategy in favour of chucking silly money at old players with more name value than ability, and now we’re in the mud.

I think Purslow is poison. He came across so bad when he was with us. Especially when he called himself the Torres of Finance.
