Seriously though, Darnold is in a great spot there with McCown, who is essentially a coach on the field at this point. Bridgewater isn't starting the season on the Jets roster, methinks.

Definitely wasn't the direction I expected. 

So this makes sense then: 49ers trade Brown and #143 (5th) to the Patriots for #95 (3rd)
