Aaron Wilson does confirm this and he seems to be pretty it when it comes ti all things Houston. Also says to watch Cleveland and New Orleans as well, as wild cards, in addition to Seattle and Carolina.

Cleveland has a surprising amount of cap space but I assume any deal would be predicated on Houston (or another team) wanting Mayfield.

Elliot's suspension was because Goodell is an arbitrary motherfucker who had it in for the Cowboys. And I cringe at the idea of him getting a contract extension. Goodell is the only sports commissioner I truly hate. 

As for Watson, he's filth. I wish mediocrity on him the rest of his hopefully short-lived career.
