They already burnt that bridge. They'll have to go for the new age Big Sam, Sean Dyche... And to be fair, they probably should

If we can sack Marsch quick enough, Dyche is going be in the middle of the bidding war of 24 23.

I'm sure he does, but I'd be shocked if Bielsa went. 1) you can't go from Frank "we do analysis too" Lampard to murderball overnight. 2) it isn't as simple as saying "we want Bielsa", you have to buy into the whole ethos that goes with it - even if Moshiri is willing to do that, I'm not sure it's practical midseason.

49ers going to throw all the money in the world at Pochettino imo tbf tbh

So apparently Chelsea are paying Baba Rahman (on loan at Reading) more than they pay Mason Mount and Edouard Mendy, which is insane.

Most baffling in how, after spending 5 years on loan at Schalke/Reims/Mallorca/PAOK for an average of only 12 appearances per year, Chelsea were like YES LET US EXTEND YOUR CONTRACT A FURTHER THREE YEARS......and then sent him to Reading.

Reading are paying just 3% of his wages as well.

In the context of this the 10 year (or whatever) contract given to unproven outside of Ukraine Mudryk is starting to look like not very sound business.

Firstly, lol once again Chelsea exploit an FFP loophole and immediately prompt a rule change so that no one else can copy them.

Secondly, wouldn't it be nice if UEFA gave the same semblance of giving a fuck about the FFP sponsorship loopholes?

Lollujo would be like "What do you mean I can't spend £500m on players every season with it all loaded on future installments?", and the Everton board would wearily reply "we thought that's how it worked too".

Moshiri needs to go but who is gonna buy Everton in the state they are in. Its relying on them staying up really.

They need to improve the squad, you've got a stadium that's being built and will need the money for it, you've got some players downing tools. It's a mess and if they go down it's gonna be even worse.

Yeah you pretty much have to give the club away for free if you're the owner, or sell it but still help pay for the stadium. 500 million for a club that's possibly going to get relegated, needs investment for the stadium still to be completed, AND is about to potentially have a relegation fire sale?

Not even Todd Boehly would make a deal that bad!
