Could anyone help me to get Xbox-Live up and running? I've connected my X-Box to my laptop via ethernet cable. When I tried to change my network settings it allowed the first option to do so automatically. It won't change the DNS number below that automatically. All the numbers remain at 0.

Ugh, bridging the connection's just asking for horrendous lag anyway. I'm not sure of your specific issue, but whenever I've had trouble getting online, this site has usually been a massive help.

I've connected the ethernet cable to the back of the X-Box and to the PC, but it doesn't appear to connect at all.

Lost Odyssey is awesome. The fact Square-Enix let Sakaguchi go just reminds me how great he is. If this had been a Final Fantasy (if given FF-isms, obviously) then I wouldn't have been complaining.

Everytime that I have played Reach with you guys it has been on a bridged connection - it doesn't work all that bad for me but then again, there isn't a lot of activity on my internet when I am playing Reach.

I could never get Open NAT when I played with that setup. Technically I never bridged mine, dunno if that helps. Not that it was ever a massive issue but still, I think problems occured once or twice.
