That's truly surprising. I figured they'd ride or die with him at this point. I really can't blame Dyche for Burnley's season. It's an aging, stale squad that has been given barely any signings over the course of several seasons. When you are always on a very small budget, and don't provide any fresh competition for places, feel like this is always the end result.

For what it's worth Dyche managed to get more out of Burnley than just about anyone else could. It's definitely their time to go down and I guess try to rebuild the squad over a few years in the Championship.
