I...actually agree with Philadelphia on a move? o_O

Sell LeSean while he's still a hot commodity. Running backs are one of the easiest positions to replace and with Chris Polk, they'll be ok. Philly's problem hasn't been their offense, so getting rid of a guy that likely has one or two elite seasons left for help on the defensive side of the field is something I can't mock them for.

Dez Bryant is absolutely an integral part of our offense, whereas, while I'd love to keep DeMarco, with our offensive line, we can pick up someone like Mark Ingram and we'd be fine. If it comes down to a choice between Dez and DeMarco, the choice is simple. And since Dez has been franchised, it seems the Cowboys organization knows what the right choice is.

I'm stunned. Not so much we traded him, that was rumored last season too. An injured linebacker? Oh he went to Oregon. That explains it

From what I've read/heard/seen hinted at, Alonso wanted out of Buffalo because they put him on the NFI list rather than IR last year, so he didn't accrue a season toward free agency.

And LaCanfora is claiming McCoy isn't happy. But I don't put a whole lot of stock in what that particular drama queen reports.

HO-LEE SHIT.

Immediate reaction while I was in the car and heard. Weird cause I rarely listen to talk radio anymore, but just happened to be in the mood to have it on.

When I processed the words, I'm weirdly ok with it. I loved McCoy, and obviously he's still a great player in the league, but I like Kiko a lot. I htink him and Kendricks have the potential to anchor one of the best LB corps in the league for a long time.

Now, the implications of the move are totally different. I think this and some of the releases they've made (and will be making) set them up to be able to reload in FA along with re-signing Maclin. That didn't work out so well before. By reloading in FA, it gives them flexibility to trade up in draft for another certain former Oregon Duck.
