Veteran keeper Steven Harper comes into the Hull City side for the suspended Allan McGregor, who was sent off in the defeat to Crystal Palace last time out. Maynor Figueroa and Robbie Brady also come in. For Tottenham, Jan Vertonghen and Paulinho return to the starting line-up. Vertonghen returns after almost two months out with an ankle injury, while Paulinho is back in the side for the first time since towards the end of December after also recovering from an ankle injury.

Hull starting XI: Harper, Rosenior, Figueroa, Davies, McShane, Huddlestone, Meyler, Elmohamady, Brady, Jelavic, Long.
