This ends Monday. Cavs have no answers for the Warriors unless they get blessed with another sub-30% 3-pt night. Lue kept Kyrie out there too long tonight and he was exhausted by the middle of the 4th. Game 5 is probably competitive early while Warriors feel out the Cavs and then gets opened up in the 2nd half.

Right now Green's MVP but give Curry another 30-pt night and he'll get it.

There's always grumblings about what's going on. Keep in mind typically stingy Dan Gilbert really opened his wallet to win now. They're paying a ton in luxury tax and I can't imagine he wanted to have that money spent on anything but a title. So it causes panic moves, it also causes anxiety about appeasing your superstar player who can just easily leave town as he came back.

The Cavs aren't just a strong team on the court at all. Sure their record says they're top notch, but once it really comes down to the nitty gritty they truly lack the depth to make a difference against the Warriors. Even the Thunder would've had a field day against the Cavs if they had made the finals.

LeBron James can make it happen, and Love adds 16/10 too every game. But Kyrie Irving despite his great scoring ability isn't a boon on the court, he holds the ball for way too long and for a point guard he's way too much dependant on making his own shots rather than cycle it around, he's just not a natural point guy.
And JR Smith is about as flaky as they come, he's never been a consistent guy and that has hurt every team he's been on down the stretch.

And finally beyond LeBron playing his ass off for nearly 40 minutes, there isn't really a player that puts in constant effort on defense. And against an elite scoring team like the Warriors it means you're gonna lose, badly. They showed up defensively once and managed to stifle the Warriors long enough to win handily, but then they just slacked back off and they drop a game just as easily.

And then Warriors have two elite scorers, a bunch of hard working guys, and Draymond fuckin' Green who is basically a less-scoring version of LeBron James.

Really, the Cavs never really stood a chance and everybody knew it.

That's a bit shitty. I personally hope GSW blow them the fuck out. I don't care how they try and sell it, there's no way you can let Draymond get away with the shit they have let him do all season then finally swing the hammer when it's him reacting to LeBron. It's especially ridiculous since it now adds motivation for people to do stupid shit to annoy a star hoping for a reaction.

Green's such a pivotal player for the Warriors to lose. It's hard for them to adjust lineups as much without him out there. Like do they go mega small and play Barnes at the 4? Does Ezeli get 25 minutes? Iggy possibly starting and matching up with LeBron the whole game is probably a blessing in disguise, but I just can't figure out how the Warriors at all get size out there.
