Cavendish, well I do think he deserves a medal after all this time. I was gutted for him in 2012, but I hope he hasn't killed Park with that move. Just bizarre that was, a stupid thing to do just like yesterday when he got himself disqualified from the Elimination Race.

There is an Armenian dude who looks like Colt Cabana who seems to shout 'Machka' before every lift. 

Why are all weight lifting coaches tiny five foot nothing skinny dudes who look like they could barely lift an ipod?
