In England you can drive for two miles and end up in a different country. In the USA you can drive for two hours and end up in a different state. In Australia you can drive for two days and not even see your neighbour.

Third season the decision is made apparently.

Could be a "hard Brexit" where basically you can't sign many EU players as many don't qualify for a work permit.

Saw some guy tried to sign Iniesta but failed as he couldn't get a permit...

What determines if someone can get a work permit in the game? In one of my Braintree games I found an American with good stats (for my level) and he was cheap. Signed him and everything was good to go but he never could get a work permit no matter how many times I appealed.
