Some guy I signed from Leipzig called Bernardo, who seems to have been passed around the Red Bull clubs. Red Bull Brasil, then Salzburg, then Leipzig. I pulled him out of the Red Bull underworld and this is how he repays me.

The standard of the state championship my team plays in is fucking dreadful.

At least ones like the Sao Paulo state championship has like Sao Paulo, Santos and Corinthians. Or Rio has Botafogo, Flamengo, Fluminense and Vasco. Mine has like literal fourth and fifth division teams.

It's certainly padding out my strikers record a fair bit. Currently got 26 goals in 11 games this season. For an overall record of 155 goals in 157 games.

Which, crazily, is only just over two seasons.

What I have learned is that the state of Roraima is no football hotbed.

Yeah, to us reasonable people you'd think parody, but we live in a world where people voted for Brexit, and have elected Donald Trump as president so rationality I think has to be taken squarely off the table at this point.

In this season we've had 29 league matches, 2/3 cup matches... and we finally just had our first draw (also, look at the beautifully even win/loss ratio )

7 points shy of our 50 point target with 17 games to go... we might just make it.
